PREVIEW: Bears vs Penguins – November 23, 2016

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and the Hershey Bears meet up for the second time in the past five days in Hershey.  The Penguins have taken the first two meetings at the Giant Center, with both victories coming in overtime.  Tonight’s game is the third of 12 meetings between the club’s this season.

NEWS AND NOTES:A pair of Bears forwards are closing in on significant games-played milestones this week.  Garrett Mitchell is sitting on 297 games played in the AHL, all with the Bears.  He played his first game with Hershey during the 2009-10 season…Chris Bourque enters Wednesday night’s action with 598 games played in the AHL and will likely hit the 600 mark this Friday against the Springfield Thunderbirds.
