WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins fans will be able to purchase tickets to the Penguins’ March home games starting Tuesday, Mar. 16, at 10:00 a.m.
Fans can pick their seats by calling the Penguins’ front offices directly at (570) 208-PENS or by visiting wbspenguins.com.
Penguins games at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza are limited to 15 percent capacity in March. Tickets are available in “pods”, or groups of seats sold together that are appropriately and safely spaced from other groups in attendance. Pods are primarily available in sets of two or four, with some odd-numbered pods available in between.
All tickets to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games during the 2020-21 season will be distributed virtually. Upon purchase, tickets will be texted or e-mailed to the recipient, including a link to a QR code that can be shown to enter the building. Fans can also choose to print their tickets to gain entry.
Several other COVID-19 safety measures have been implemented throughout Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza to ensure a safe environment for fans. These measures include:
- Sanitation stations located throughout the concourse.
- Decals placed throughout the concourse to assist with a smooth flow of foot traffic flow and physical distancing practices.
- Decals placed at all open concessions stands to assist physical distancing while in line.
Fans can gain increased priority to secure seats in upcoming months by signing up to become Wilkes-Barre/Scranton season ticket members for the 2021-22 season. Packages for the 2021-22 season of Penguins hockey include full season, 22-game, 12-game and Flexbook plans and can be purchased by contacting the Penguins front office at (570) 208-PENS.
The first game with fans permitted back at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza will be Friday, Mar. 19, when the Penguins host their in-state rival, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton will also welcome fans for its home games on Wednesday, Mar. 24 vs. Syracuse and Friday, Mar. 26 vs. Hershey. All games are scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
