group1:  Bonvie wore the number 8 (see picture at right) for the Penguins’ first two games - October 1, 1999 @ Philadelphia and October 2, 1999 @ Hershey.

2:  Martin Sonnenberg netted the first goal in team history at the 16:22 mark of the first period on October 2, 1999 @ Hershey, and Greg Crozier grabbed the first home goal by the team at the 16:36 mark of the first period on November 13, 1999 vs. Kentucky.

3:  Bonvie’s overtime tally came on December 1, 1999, in a 6-5 win against the Louisville Panthers.

4:  Binghamton’s Brian McGrattan recorded 551 penalty minutes (53 minors, 41 majors, 8 misconducts, 6 game misconducts) during the 2004-05 season.

5:  Bonvie suited up for three games with the Portland Pirates during the 1998-99 season.  He has also played for the Cape Breton Oilers (175 games), the Hamilton Bulldogs (73 games), Philadelphia Phantoms (37 games), Providence Bruins (55 games), Binghamton Senators (80 games), Hershey Bears (106 games) and the Penguins (284 games).

6:  Bonvie picked up four assists against the Crunch on November 5, 1999.  That mark has since been tied by John Slaney (Jan. 21, 2000 vs. Hershey), Ryan Whitney (Oct. 5, 2005 vs. Bridgeport), Kurtis McLean (Jan. 18, 2006 vs. Syracuse) and Tim Brent (Nov. 24, 2007 @ Binghamton).

7:  Bonvie wore number 16 while appearing in 31 games with Pittsburgh between 1999 and 2001.
