PITTSBURGH RE-SIGNS ERIXON

  June 27, 2016   The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed defenseman Tim Erixon to a one-year contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.   The deal is a two-way contract that has an average annual value of $575,000 at the NHL level.   Erixon, 25, just completed his first season in the Pittsburgh organization after coming to the Penguins alongside Phil Kessel in a deal from Toronto last July 1.   The 6-foot-2, 200-pound… read more

PATRICK McGRATH RELISHED LONGER SEASON WITH PENGUINS

SURREAL MOMENT FOR SHEARY
