PENS SCARE PHANTOMS FOR FOURTH STRAIGHT WIN

By Mike Shields - November 15, 2014 The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins extended their win streak to four games with their 3-1 victory over the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Friday night at the Mohegan Sun Arena.  Bryan Rust’s third period tally ended up being the decision maker in the contest. PENS COMPLETE PERFECT WEEKEND WITH 5-4 OT WIN OVER THE CRUNCH

ROOKIES LEAD THE WAY AS PENS DROP SENS

November 8, 2014 Rookies led the way for the visitors on Saturday night, as first year pros scored four times to help the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins to a 6-4 win over the Binghamton Senators at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena. MEGNA LEADS PENS COMEBACK AGAINST BEARS

ADMIRALS, YIP SLIP BY PENS, 3-2, IN OT

By Mike Shields - October 31, 2014 Brandon Yip scored his second goal of the game at the 1:14 of overtime Friday night, giving the Norfolk Admirals a 3-2 overtime win over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at the Norfolk Scope. PENS SQUEAK PAST SENS, 3-2

Derrick Pouliot netted his first pro goal, Tom Kostopoulos added to his all-time team record, and Andrew Ebbett notched the game-winner, as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins downed the Binghamton Senators, 3-2, on Sunday evening at the Mohegan Sun Arena. October 21, 2014 Keith Kinkaid stopped all 22 shots he faced and Mike Sislo continued with his hot hand against the visitors, as the Albany Devils posted a 4-0 shutout win against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Tuesday night at the Times Union Center.
