PITTSBURGH RE-SIGNS McNEILL

July 3, 2015     The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed defenseman Reid McNeill to a two-year contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.   The deal is a two-way deal that carries an average annual value of $575,000 at the NHL level.   McNeill, 23, helped the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins allow the fewest goals in the American Hockey League (AHL) for the fourth time in the last five years in 2014-15. PITTSBURGH SIGNS WILL O’NEILL

July 2, 2015   The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed defenseman Will O’Neill to a one-year, two-way contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.   The deal has an average annual value of $575,000 at the NHL level.   O’Neill, 27, was one of the top offensive defensemen in the American Hockey League (AHL) this year, ranking fifth among all league blueliners with 48 points (10G-38A) in 72 games with the St. John’s IceCaps.… read more

PITTSBURGH INKS CONOR SHEARY TO NHL DEAL

  July 1, 2015   The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Conor Sheary to a two-year entry-level contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.   Sheary, 23, completed his first full professional season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in 2014-15, compiling a team-high 45 points (20G-25A) – the seventh-highest total among AHL rookies – in 58 regular-season games . MIKE SULLIVAN NAMED HEAD COACH OF W-B/SCRANTON PENGUINS

NASREDDINE JOINS DEVILS COACHING STAFF

PENGUINS RE-SIGN CARTER ROWNEY

GOERS BACK WITH PENGUINS FOR 2015-16 SEASON
