May 1, 2016   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The American Hockey League announced the schedule for the Atlantic Division Final between the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and Hershey Bears today. April 24, 2016   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have released forward Jarrett Burton from his professional tryout contract. Burton will join the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL), the team he led in points at the time of his PTO signing with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton back on Feb. 6, 2016. JARRY RE-JOINS WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON

April 19, 2016   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced forward Daniel Sprong has been assigned by the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from his junior club, the Charlottetown Islanders (QMJHL).
