PITTSBURGH RECALLS RUST, KUHNHACKL

January 7, 2016   The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forwards Tom Kuhnhackl and Bryan Rust from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.   Forwards Scott Wilson and Conor Sheary have been re-assigned to WBS.   Kuhnhackl, 23, will be looking to make his NHL debut on Saturday night against the Canadiens. BRIAN FOSTER REASSIGNED TO WHEELING

January 4, 2015   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have reassigned goaltender Brian Foster to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). Foster, 28, posted a record of 1-3-0-1 in five games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and recorded the first shutout of his AHL career with a 30-save effort against the Syracuse Crunch on Dec. 19, 2015.
