PITTSBURGH RECALLS NICK JOHNSON

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Nick Johnson from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero. Johnson, 24, has played three games for Pittsburgh this season. He made his NHL debut and scored his first career goal against the Washington Capitals Jan. 21. The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Chris Conner from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero. Conner, 26, was recalled Monday and was a pivotal player in Pittsburgh’s 4-2 victory over the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden that evening. The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Chris Conner from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.
