PENGUINS FALL TO PHANTOMS IN SHOOTOUT

RUST, FARNHAM RECALLED BY PITTSBURGH

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forwards Bryan Rust and Bobby Farnham from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford. Forward Jayson Megna was re-assigned to WBS. Rust and Farnham will be looking to make their NHL debuts tonight against the Columbus Blue Jackets. PENGUINS ASSIGN SEYMOUR TO WHEELING

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins today announced that defenseman Clark Seymour has been returned on loan to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).   Seymour made his Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and American Hockey League debut on Dec. 6, collecting an assist in the Penguins’ 2-1 loss to the Hershey Bears.  Currently in his first season of professional hockey, Seymour has recorded one goal, four assists and 15 penalty minutes over 14 games with the Nailers.   A 21-year… read more
