FORMER PENS COMPETE FOR STANLEY CUP

At least one former Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins player will see his name etched on the Stanley Cup in the next two weeks, as three WBS grads will compete for the NHL’s top prize. ZATKOFF RECALLED BY PITTSBURGH

Zatkoff Recalled By Pittsburgh The Pittsburgh Penguins recalled goaltender Jeff Zatkoff from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton today, it was announced by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.   Zatkoff, 25, posted a 26-20 record in 49 games during his first year in the Pittsburgh organization.
