The Penguins are in Newfoundland to take on the St. John's IceCaps in a two-game series, starting tonight at 6:00pm Wilkes-Barre time (7:30pm in Newfoundland). PITTSBURGH RECALLS BENNETT

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Beau Bennett from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced Sunday by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero. Bennett, 21, collected three assists in four games with WBS during his most-recent AHL assignment. On Friday night, Bennett earned the primary assist on Alex Grant’s overtime game-winning goal in a 3-2 victory over the Adirondack Phantoms.
