March 12, 2016   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have recalled forward Adam Krause from the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).    The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Carter Rowney to a two-year contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
