BOAK LOANED TO WHEELING

JANUARY 22, 2015 The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins today announced that defenseman Alex Boak has been returned on loan to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). Boak has skated in 19 games for the Penguins, registering one goal, three assists and 32 penalty minutes. The 25-year old rookie from Norwood, NY has also appeared in three contests this season for the Nailers. PITTSBURGH ASSIGNS THREE TO WBS

JANUARY 22, 2015 The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Andrew Ebbett and defensemen Derrick Pouliot and Scott Harrington to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford. JANUARY 21, 2015 The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled defenseman Derrick Pouliot from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford. FARNHAM RECALLED BY PITTSBURGH

JANUARY 20, 2015 The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Bobby Farnham from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, it was announced on Tuesday morning. Farnham made his NHL debut on December 13 against the Columbus Blue Jackets, and has played in 10 games with Pittsburgh this season, recording 19 penalty minutes. He has four points (1G-3A) and 113 penalty minutes in 23 AHL contests with WBS. Last season the 5-foot-10, 188-pound Farnham established AHL career highs with seven goals and 14 points in 64 games.… read more

JANUARY 19, 2015 The American Hockey League today announced that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins right wing Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond has been suspended for three (3) games as a consequence of a match penalty for boarding, assessed in a game at Providence on Jan. 18.
