It’s a huge hockey weekend in Wilkes-Barre, with a  pair of big games and plenty of fun to go around!

It’s another ANYTHING GOES FRIDAY when the Penguins play host to the Hamilton Bulldogs at 7:05pm.  We’ll have great gift giveaways throughout the game, plus our $1,000 giveaway, courtesy of Cross Valley Federal Credit Union (click here for full rules).

Our friends from Gregory the Great Academy will be on hand to help with entertainment in the stands and outside after the game.  Plus the players’ wives and girlfriends will in section 118 on the concourse selling special Penguins Beads for just $5 apiece, with proceeds benefitting the Palermo Heart to Heart Foundation – the regional sponsor of the Beads of Courage Program.

And we’ve thrown a little twist into our Friday Night Mystery Puck Sale.  While a selection of pucks are already tagged with stickers for a game used stick, we're throwing two EXTRA special prizes into the mix for one night only.

Find a puck with an USA-themed sticker and you will take home a game-issued, Miracle On Ice night jersey. These sweaters were produced for our February 22 Olympic Celebration/Military Night Game, and are in very short supply.

FarnhamSimply buy one of the Military Appreciation Pucks on Friday night across from the Fan Assistance Booth. Pucks are $10 apiece and all proceeds go to our Tickets for Troops campaign, which supplies free tickets to Penguins games to active military members and their families.

Then, come back on Saturday night when we host the Norfolk Admirals in our annual St. Patrick’s Celebration.  The Pens will be wearing special Shamrock Sweaters, and you can take one home by placing your bid in our silent auction behind section 118.

Plus we’ll have our Pot O’ Gold Puck sale going on across from the Fan Assistance Booth.  Each puck is individually signed and wrapped, so you won’t know whose you are getting.  Find a puck with a special St. Patrick’s Day sticker, and you’ll walk home with a game-used Penguins stick.

If that’s not enough, the first 5,000 fans will also receive a Bobby Farnham bobblehead, courtesy of JEEP and Eyewitness News.
