PENGUINS ANNOUNCE CLEAR DAY ROSTER
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have set their roster for the American Hockey League’s Clear Day period, it was announced on Thursday.
According to AHL by-laws, only those 22 players (20 skaters and two goaltenders) listed on a team’s Clear Day roster are eligible to compete in the remaining five weeks of the 2009-10 AHL regular season and in the 2010 Calder Cup Playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of recall, injury or suspension. Teams may also add signed junior players or players on amateur tryout contracts, only after their respective junior or college seasons are complete.
The 2010 Penguins Clear Day Roster is as follows:
