Sylvester scored in his AHL debut on Nov. 20 at Rochester and went on to add another goal and 18 penalty minutes in 15 games with the Penguins.  At the time of his recall on Nov. 18, Sylvester had recorded six points (5g-1a) and six penalty minutes over 12 games with Wheeling.  The 21-year old rookie spent the 2012-13 season with the Calgary Hitmen (WHL), where he ranked first on the squad in goals (41), assists (49) and points (90).
