Thanksgiving doesn't come until Thursday, but Penguins fans can gobble up some goodies a night early, as the team will be selling autographed Turkey pucks this Wednesday night, when they take on the Norfolk Admirals at 7:05pm.
Penguins players have signed 1,000 special edition Thanksgiving pucks, which will be available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Penguins merchandise stand across from the fan assistance booth in section 108. Pucks will be sold for $10, and all proceeds will benefit the Wilkes-Barre Jr. Pens youth hockey organization.
There is one catch - each puck will come individually wrapped, so fans won't know who has signed their pucks until they are opened.
Additionally, each player has signed one puck in silver, and the lucky recipients of those items will also receive an autographed promotional stick from that player.
Any pucks not sold on Wednesday will be available at Saturday night's home contest against the Syracuse Crunch.
