THE HOLDER OF A TICKET ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event including specifically (but not exclusively) THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY HOCKEY PUCKS AND STICKS, OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS, OR BY THROWN OBJECTS.
The holder agrees that the arena, the league, its officers and employees, the participating clubs, their officers, players, employees and agents are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from such causes. BY USE OF THIS TICKET THE HOLDER AGREES: 1) to a reasonable search for alcohol, drugs or other prohibited items; 2) not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video, audio or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued; 3) to grant permission to the AHL, Member Clubs and their agents to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in any recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event for which this ticket is issued.
The resale of this ticket at a premium is prohibited by law. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, its authorized agents or the arena box office may be lost or stolen and may not be honored.
Management reserves the right to refuse the admission or to eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. No bottles, cans, flasks or alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into this facility. Violators will be ejected from the premises.
Event opponents, dates, times and promotions subject to change without notice. - NO MONEY REFUNDED. NO EXCHANGES ACCEPTED.
Ticket Fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins considers ticket fraud to be extremely serious and will take appropriate action to prevent such usage.
Guests holding fraudulent tickets or misrepresenting a disability in an attempt to purchase ADA designated seats are subject to ejection without reimbursement or restoration and many may be subject to criminal prosecution as allowed by law.
