CURRY CRUISES TO 5-0 WIN OVER ADMIRALS

WILKES-BARRE, PA - John Curry stopped all 32 pucks he saw, Jean-Michel Daoust tallied twice, and the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins cruised to a 5-0 win against the Norfolk Admirals on Sunday evening at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza. CASHMAN CASHES IN FOR PENGUINS

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Reid Cashman's first American Hockey League goal came just at the right time. Cashman, who wears number 11, scored at 11:11 of the third period to break a 1-1 tie, as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins posted a 4-1 win against the Philadelphia Phantoms at the Wachovia Spectrum on Tuesday night. CASHMAN ON THE MONEY IN OVERTIME

WILKES-BARRE, PA - Reid Cashman netted his second game-winning goal in as many contests, as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins posted a 4-3 overtime win against the San Antonio Rampage on Friday night at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza. The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Luca Caputi from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL), it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero.
