SYRACUSE, NY – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins rattled off three goals in a span of 5:46 to jump out to a 4-1 third period lead over the Syracuse Crunch, then held off a late rally to take a 4-3 win Friday night at the Oncenter. FOUR GOAL FIRST HELPS PENS SINK ADMIRALS

NORFOLK, VA – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins exploded for four goals in the first 11:32 of play Wednesday night, then cruised to a 7-3 win against the Norfolk Admirals in front of 2,660 fans at the Scope. WILKES-BARRE, PA – Scott Munroe turned asided 28 of 29 shots, as the Philadelphia Phantoms posted a 4-1 win against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Sunday evening at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza. NORFOLK, VA – The Penguins took a two-goal lead into the third period, only to see the Norfolk Admirals force overtime and eventually come away with a 4-3 win on Saturday night at the Scope. TORONTO, ON – Jiri Tlusty slipped a shot through David Brown’s pads for his first goal of the season, giving the Toronto Marlies a 3-2 win against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Saturday evening at the Ricoh Coliseum.
