23 SECOND LAPSE DOOMS PENS IN BINGHAMTON

BINGHAMTON, NY – Hockey games normally run 60 minutes, on occasion 65. But they can be determined in a matter of seconds. Such was the case Friday night, as the Binghamton Senators tallied two goals 23 seconds apart to turn a 2-2 tie into a 4-2 victory over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at the Broome County Veterans’ Arena. BERKHOEL BEDEVILS LOWELL WITH 46 SAVES

LOWELL, MA– Adam Berkhoel made an astounding 46 saves, as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins posted a 5-0 win against the Lowell Devils at the Tsongas Arena on Wednesday night. The win was the Pens' third in the past four games, and upped their record to 3-1-0-1 on the season. Lowell, meanwhile, fell to 2-2-0-1 with the loss.
