CHORNEY RECALLED BY PITTSBURGH

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled defenseman Taylor Chorney from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford. Chorney, 27, made his Penguins debut in late December, suiting up for back-to-back games at Florida and Tampa Bay on Dec. 22-23. POULIOT REJOINS WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON

JANUARY 12, 2015 The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defenseman Derrick Pouliot to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford. Pouliot scored his first NHL goal in his NHL debut against the Florida Panthers on Dec. 20, and recorded three points (1+2) in seven games with Pittsburgh. PENGUINS RETURN THREE TO WHEELING

  WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins today announced that defenseman Clark Seymour has been returned on loan to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).
