December 15, 2015   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have recalled forwards Ty Loney and Sahir Gill, and goalie Brian Foster from the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). December 15, 2015   WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that defenseman Harrison Ruopp has been reassigned by the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton from the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).
