A LOOK BACK - PENS vs. SENS PLAYOFF HISTORY

The 2004-05 American Hockey League season was unique in league history.  With the National Hockey League schedule being wiped out due to a work stoppage, the AHL saw in influx of extremely high end talent, making it arguably the top league in the world. PITTSBURGH RECALLS MACINTYRE

The Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Steve MacIntyre from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League (AHL), it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound MacIntyre has played the entire season with WBS, collecting 70 penalty minutes in 29 games. Last year the 32-year-old MacIntyre split the season between Pittsburgh and WBS. GO GREEN / SPCA DRIVES FRIDAY

You can help the environment and our furry friends this Friday night when the Penguins take on the Worcester Sharks at 7:05pm.
