SILL, THOMPSON RE-UP WITH PENGUINS

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forwards Zach Sill and Paul Thompson to one-year contracts, it was announced Tuesday by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero. Sill, 25, completed his fourth season with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL) in 2012-13, tallying nine points on four goals and five assists in 57 regular-season games, and four points on two goals and two assists in 15 postseason games. PITTSBURGH SIGNS FOUR TO TWO-WAY DEALS

The Pittsburgh Penguins signed four players to NHL-AHL Two Way Deals on the first day of Free Agency, including two familiar faces for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins fans. Forwards Bobby Farnham (one year deal), Chris Conner (one year deal), Nick Drazenovic (one year deal) and Andrew Ebbett (two year deal) were all inked to contracts on Friday.
