PITTSBURGH ASSIGNS THREE TO WILKES-BARRE

The Pittsburgh Penguins have assigned Kevin Porter, David Warsofsky and Tristan Jarry to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s next game is the 2016-17 season opener on Saturday, Oct. 15 against the Hartford Wolf Pack at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza. Game time for the Penguins’ season opener is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
