The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defenseman Zach Trotman to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
Defenseman Justin Schultz, who is officially a game-time decision for tonight’s contest per head coach Mike Sullivan, has been activated from injured reserve.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s next game is Wednesday, Nov. 8, when it takes on the North Division-leading Toronto Marlies at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.
