Who Can Enter:
This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (except California) and Canada (except Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (or at least 19 in Alabama, Nebraska, and in the Provinces/Territories of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.
By participating, entrants agree to these Supplemental Rules and the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
How to Enter and Entry Weighting:

STEP 1: Visit the free entry page during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and provide the required entry information after which you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided.
Each successfully submitted free entry is worth one entry in the Sweepstakes.
One entry per valid email address.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. There is no limit to the number of entries the Sponsor may receive.
Winner Selection:
Sponsor or its representative will randomly select one (1) potential Winner from among all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Once a potential Winner is selected and successfully notified, Sponsor shall verify potential Winner’s eligibility to win the Prize and compliance with the terms and conditions of the Official Rules (including for Canadian residents, fulfilling the skill-testing question procedure set forth below). The Potential Winner will be required to provide proof of age through government-issued identification to confirm age of majority in Potential Winner’s jurisdiction. The Potential Winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or Publicity Release (where permitted by law) in the form(s) provided by Sponsor (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date/time specified by Sponsor (and for Canadian participants, the Canadian Potential Winner must correctly answer the skill-testing question described below within the time permitted), or such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.
If a potential Winner cannot be reached (regardless of reason), does not respond within the designated time (if required), or there is a return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable, he/she may be disqualified. Upon disqualification, no further compensation will be given. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Supplement Rules or the Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate Potential Winner may be selected from the remaining entries in connection with the winner selection method above. Sponsor may limit the number of attempts to award the Prize to two (2) attempts. In such case, if a Winner cannot be confirmed after two (2) attempts, the Prize will remain un-awarded. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE SUPPLEMENTAL RULES AND THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
For Canadian Entrants: In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or email by the Sponsor’s designated agent at a mutually-agreeable time. In addition to other conditions found in the Official Rules or these Supplemental Rules, if potential Winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time permitted, then the potential Winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate Potential Winner may be randomly selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among the remaining eligible entries received.
Prize Conditions:
Prize is not transferable. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize must be claimed as a whole and Prize substitution, in whole or in part, will not be allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Inappropriate activity or behavior before or during the Prize may result in the immediate termination of the Prize, in whole or in part. Sponsor is not responsible if the Winner does not use any portion of the Prize. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Supplemental Rules as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items.
Taxes:
For Sweepstakes Prize, all taxes at the federal, state, provincial, or local level will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. As may be required by law, the Canadian winner, if any, will receive a U.S. tax form 1042 from Sponsor reflecting the total value of the prize.
Release of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their shareholders, partners, members, directors, officers, employees, franchisees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use or misuse of the Prize, and for claims based on publicity rights and intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
Winners List:
For the name (first name and last initial) of the Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Winners List, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Season Ticket Sweepstakes Sweepstakes, 40 Coal Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Residents of VT and Canada may omit return postage. Winner requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after Draw Date.
