The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will be trading in pucks for bean bags when the team hosts it’s inaugural FROZEN POND CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT on March 3 at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
ARENA LEASE EXTENSION UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
The Luzerne County Convention Center Authority has unanimously approved a new 10-year agreement with the Pittsburgh Penguins to keep their American Hockey League affiliate in northeast Pennsylvania on Wednesday afternoon.
LCCCA AND PENGUINS ANNOUNCE AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE ON TEN YEAR EXTENSION
The Luzerne County Convention Center Authority and the National Hockey League’s Pittsburgh Penguins jointly announced this morning that both parties have reached an agreement in principle on a 10-year contract lease extension to keep the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League in Northeast Pennsylvania.
NEW MOHEGAN SUN ARENA SECURITY MEASURES AND GUIDLINES
Penguins fans, the Mohegan Sun Arena is implementing several new security measures and guidelines. The first of these measures will go into effect tonight, December 19, for our home game against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
