Are you a youth hockey player ready to take your game to the next level? Then be sure to join us at the Toyota SportsPlex, the official practice facility of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, for the 2019 Coal Street Hockey School from Monday, August 5th through Friday, August 9th.
This week-long hockey camp is for youth hockey players of all ages and skill levels, and includes both on and off-ice activities, including power skating, stick handling, shooting, passing, game concepts and small game development, proper stretching and workout techniques, team building concepts, and lots of fun!
This year’s guest coaches include current Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins assistant coach Jarrod Skalde, former Wheeling Nailers assistant coach Jay Spess, Wilkes University men’s head coach Tyler Hynes, former Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Sebastien Caron, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins player Pat McGrath and Wheeling Nailers defenseman Craig Skudalski, with more special guests coaches to be announced in the coming days!
