With their 3-2 overtime win against the Cleveland Monsters on Friday night, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have clinched a spot in the 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton currently has a 34-22-8-1 record, good for 77 points and third place in the Atlantic Division standings.The Penguins have seven games remaining in the regular season.
2024 CALDER CUP PLAYOFFS
This is the 19th time the Penguins have qualified for the American Hockey League postseason in the team’s 25 years.Wilkes-Barre/Scranton last appeared in the playoffs in 2022.
First round opponents and schedules are to be determined, but Penguins playoff packages are on sale now.
PLAYOFF TICKET PACKAGES
Playoff packages, which are billed on a pay-as-we-play basis, include tickets to every confirmed home game during the postseason.Each package also comes with an $8 voucher for each home game, which can be redeemed at concession stands or at the Penguins team store located inside the Mohegan Sun Arena on each designated game date.
